SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Your orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, and they will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of the order being placed. We then send you tracking details to locate your package. In case, you do not receive tracking details in this time frame, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com. Orders placed in Delhi NCR will take up to 1-2 working days to deliver and for other states 4-6 working days.
Is shipping free?
For all pre-paid orders we provide free shipping. For cash on delivery, however, an extra delivery fee is charged. This shipping fee is non - refundable.
P.S: The order details that are filled in by the customer should be accurate, if any changes in the same. The customer should inform the brand within 24 hrs of the purchase. If the shipment is missing due to the customer’s negligence of putting out accurate details the brand is not liable.
How do I know if an item is eligible for return?
You have to initiate your return within 1 day of receiving a product if it is received damaged or defective. Once used, no products are eligible for return.

Exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return, replacement and/or refund your money:
-Any returned item that is received in damaged condition or is used will not be replaced/refunded.
-Any item where the return request is initiated more than 2 days after delivery will not be eligible for return/replacement.
-Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during Sale events or using discount codes are not eligible for refund or exchange.
-We do not accept exchanges of shades once the item is delivered.
What if I have received a damaged product?
We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request.
What if I receive missing items in my box?
We try our best to give ensure you the most seamless experience with your deliveries. However, if you receive a parcel with missing items. You can mail us at hello@flossycosmetics within 24 hours of you receiving the order.
What we will need to verify your claim
- A clear unboxing video of the box received with a description of all the contents inside.
- Condition of the box received.
Post receiving all necessary information on your end we will take up to 24-78 hours to verify your claim with our delivery team. In case the item is missing on our end, we will ship it out immediately.
- In this issue, no items are subject to refund, they will simply be fulfilled to you.
-In case your claim isn't able to be verified with the delivery team, we will close the query by surpassing all communication and the reason for closure.
How do I return an item ?

To return your shipment please email email@example.com with your order number

We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 3-4 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the Product in its original packaging seal it well and send it across. Kindly ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return
• STEP 3
Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will initiate the return. On the other hand, if the Product is not as per the aforementioned conditions, then the returned Product will unfortunately not be accepted and will be returned back to you (Delivery charges applicable).
How long will it take for me to get the refundable amount?
For prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval of the refund.
In case of COD orders, a gift card with the refund amount will be issued in 7 working days.
• Finally, please note that only the product cost will be refundable. Costs related to shipping, COD charges, custom packaging, etc. will not be eligible for a refund.
How long will it take to process my return?
It usually takes 10-15 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.
Can I place an exchange request?
We do not do exchanges. You will receive a refund for your returned order and can place a new order request for the product(s) you wish for.
How long after placing an order is it acceptable for cancellation?
If you want to cancel your order, mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. No orders are accepted for cancellation after 24 hours of the order being placed.
