SHIPPING POLICY

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. On cash-on-delivery orders, a nominal convenience fee of INR 100 will be added during checkout. This convenience fee is non-refundable.

 

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday, and it will be dispatched within 1-4 working days of the order being placed and then send you tracking details to locate your package.

The order delivery time for Delhi and NCR is 2-5 working Days and for any other states can be anywhere between 4-10 working days.

 

Do you do express delivery?

 

You can reach out to us at hello@flossycosmetics.com for any express delivery requests. Additional charges might apply.

 

RETURN POLICY

You have to initiate your return within 1 day of receiving a product if it is received damaged or defective. Once used, even if swatched on the hand, no products are eligible for return.

Pre- Paid orders are only eligible for replacement and no refund.

 

We cannot process a return or refund for a product due to personal like or dislike because of hygiene and contamination reasons. All colour cosmetic sales are final unless there is in transit damage or defect.

 

However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return and/or refund your money:

 

P.S.- PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING CLEARANCE SALES OR FLASH SALES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS

 

• Any returned item that is received in damaged condition or is used will not be refunded.

• Any item where the return request is initiated more than 2 days after delivery will not be eligible for return. 

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during Sale events or using discount codes are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

Unless the product arrived in a damaged or defective condition, products are not eligible for return. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of our products - however, certain ingredients may irritate very sensitive skin. We highly recommend that you do a patch test on your neck/arm before using the product. To help avoid irritation or an allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product. 

Exchange of a product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; or dislike of colour is not applicable. 

 

 

P.S- If the images/complaint/videos are not clear we won't be able to process the request.

 

 

How do i return an item ?

• STEP 1

To return your shipment please email - hello@flossycosmetics.com with your order number

 

• STEP 2

We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 3-4 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Kindly ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return

 

• STEP 3

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will initiate the return. On the other hand, if the Product is not as per the aforementioned conditions, then the returned Product will unfortunately not be accepted and would be returned back to you (Delivery charges applicable).

 

How to complain for a missing/damaged product?

 

In the rare event your product is damaged, please share an unboxing video identifying which product is damaged or missing. Also, share detailed images/videos of the damage. The videos and images must be shared at hello@flossycosmetics.com within 1 day of receiving your order with the details of the issue.  Once approved, you will either receive store credit or a replacement.

 

P.S- The duration of inspection might last anywhere between 1-7 days in time.

 

 

Please note:

• Finally, please note that only the product cost (less restocking fee, if applicable) will be refundable. Costs related to shipping, COD charges, custom packaging, etc. will not be eligible for a refund.

 

How long will it take to process my return?

• It usually takes 10-15 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.

 

Can I place an exchange request?

  • We do not do exchanges on pre-paid orders. Incase you want to place a fresh COD order you can write to us at hello@flossycosmetics.com and we will cancel your previous order.

 

Discount codes cannot be applied once the order is placed.
